Christmas Tree Shopping 2008

This afternoon we went christmas tree shopping, imagine that it's not even December yet! 

 Have we got it together this year or what?!!! :)

She's so darn cute!!!

She spotted the perfect tree!

The weather could not have been better. At lunch Tim and I decided that the first snow storm of the year will come when Kevin and Susie get here later this month ( it's always freezing cold when they come)

We spent quite a while walking up and down all the isles looking for the "perfect" tree. Izzie looks a little confused here.

Izzie found her tree for upstairs, she's not real sure about the guy with the chain saw a few feet away though.

Izzie was having fun yelling out the front window today. It was really cute.

FALL CLEAN UP

November 18th 

Our friends from down the street, Karen, Clayton, and Claire came over to help. Clayton wanted to earn some money, so he came over to help pick-up the leaves.

Izzie helped clean up too!!  She was a good sport, she had fun watching everyone working. 

We kept moving that little sticker on the stairs up higher and higher and she just kept going.

This past Friday morning someone decided it was time to learn how to climb the stairs!

I just had to put another picture of the trees in our front yard! This is the view from our front porch, how lucky are we :)

    

Fall is here!

I made Tim go out front with Izzie so we could get some pictures of all the wonderful colors in our front yard. This is my favorite time of year, I never knew fall could be so beautiful until we moved to Utah. As you can tell by some of the pictures Izzie couldn't understand why Dad was holding her in front of all the trees, ah the things we do to our kids to get that perfect picture.

I'm at twenty, okay, thirty something stay-at-home trying to figure out how to be the perfect wife and mom, and slowly learning that by being the perfect ME I can do both. I'm a lover of handbags, sunglasses and anything with sprinkles or glitter on it. I love a good book and do not hide the fact that I L-O-V-E love TV. I hate celery and the sound water makes makes when it's being poured into a glass, it's like nails on a chalkboard to me, ugh! I hate rude people and bad drivers. I used to be painfully shy, but since marrying my husband I'm slowly starting to come out of my shell. Oh yah, I love people who leave comments on my blog, it lets me know someone's listening :)
