Our new baby

So here's our "new" baby..... we call her the 'TIN' lounge. T for Tim, I for Izzie and N for me :). I will be starting a new blog to show our progress while we fix her up and then all the trips we take on the way, I'll let you know the address as soon as it's up and ready. Anyways more about her, she is a 1962 Shasta trailer, all wood inside and has all the original goodies. We bought her from a guy in Tooele, Utah for $500!! such a steal! We used some of the money from Izzie's vacation jar to buy her. I will post inside pictures on our TIN lounge blog soon!

Happy Easter!!!!

We had a great Easter this year, Izzie woke up right on time (7 am sharp!!!) and was very excited to see what the Easter Bunny had left her :)

We spent some time outside walking around while Dad got the Turkey ready to fry. She's wearing the outfit Grandma McBride made her before she was even born.

Later in the afternoon we had to make a quick costume change, the wind kicked up and it got pretty cold and she wanted to be outside when her friends came over.

The Heusers came over later that day and we had a late lunch and hung out. Hope everyone had a Happy Easter too!!!

Izzie's First Easter Egg Hunt!!!!

I thought I would share some pictures of the Easter Egg hunt we went to on Friday. Izzie had a lot of fun, and the weather couldn't have been any better!!

Here we are walking to the park down the street, as you can tell she is VERY excited!

And let the hunt begin! She was having fun at first, and then they let the BIG kids join in and it was all over from there :) She started screaming at everyone, it was really very funny. She grabbed a few before they we all gone, so that was good.

We got a little distracted when all the eggs were gone and started playing on the park toys, and some kids skateboard :)

Are these the right shape for my face....?

Izzie found my old reading glasses and wanted me to put them on her this morning. We were shocked that she kept them on for so long and was walking around in them. Needless to say we were laughing VERY hard!!!

Yesterday Izzie and I had fun visiting with the neighbors, it was such a nice day that I wanted to let her walk around outside. We're very excited about the neighborhood easter egg hunt this Friday Izzie has been practicing at home. I'm sure I'll have great pictures to post :)

Last night Izzie decided it was time to walk on her own! And now she's a walking machine :) Look out world!!!! I will post pictures or video soon.
